My laptop keeps getting pop-ups from what is pretending to be a Windows security alert saying my computer is infected. It redirects to a website selling anti-malware software when clicked, and it has also disabled my task manager. The alerts say Trojan-Spy.Win32.Keylogger.aa, or some variation of this being keylogger, greenscreen, and some others.

I also have a web search tool from ICQ search that keeps trying to change my search bar from Google.

Here is my Hijack this log. Please halp! Thanks!

Uh Oh. Now my desktop says "Warning! Spyware detected on your computer. Install an antivirus or spyware remover to clean your computer! There is also an icon on the desktop that says Antivirus XP 2008. Is this related to the problem I already posted? Yikes.
