    i'm really sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong spot. i'm new here. i'm having problems with my sound. i have tried everything. yes, it's plugged up in the right spots and all that. i don't know what it could be. i talked to someone once before ... but then my internet had got shut off. so i never got to do what they said... and to be honest i don't even remember. it's been a while. can someone please help. thank you.

    windows version you are running

    I assume you have checked all th emixer controls for volume and for Mute

    download and run www.belarc.com - do NOT post the report - it has all your license numbers and other personal info
    But have alook for the sound / audio and post here
    also for main board and post the model here
