I have a pentium II 200 which is running windows 95 which I recently fdisked and formated the c drive. Now I want to install the operating system so I went to the BIOS to change the boot sequence and it only has two drives listed the A and C. So I went into my CMOS setting and discovered the following:

    Hard Disks type size mode

    primary master user 2560 LBA
    primary slave none ----
    S.M. none ----
    S.S. none -----

Question- What do I do to make the computer boot into CD ROM mode?

    Scatteredminds

if your op sys. is 98 use the command
    format c: /s
this will load the system files and cd driver to a ram drive
and will move your cd letter down one for the purpose of installation i.e. D will become E
