This computer (a relative's) has been running extremely slow recently. I scanned it with HJT and Spybot and deleted a bunch of suspicious and dangerous stuff, including a dialer and some worms. However some more serious stuff must be here. 'Seagatecom.exe' keeps jiggling around in the Task Manager which according to Google is a worm related to IRC (which explains why we have been hearing three default Window beep sounds, which I recognise as some kind of IRC sound, whenever we connect to the Internet). Additionally, on startup, my relative reported seeing a splash screen that said 'NT Kernel' or something. When I clicked End Task on seagatecom.exe, it immediately started back up, and lo and behold this appeared:

Please give me some tips on how to eradicate this stuff permanently.

I deleted that obvious O23, and used Killbox to get rid of seagatecom.exe (which was alarmingly hidden so that I couldn't access it in Explorer), but I'm still not sure if I'm entirely clean...
