Ok my problem is everytime i try to get on netzero i get booted back off. Sometimes it will take all day trying and i can't get on,and when i do i will stay logged for about 30 minutes and it logs me off again. Does anyone know why this would happen? Should i run spybot? The problem started 3 days ago and still no luck. any info would be great..TY.

Have you done anything to your computer since it happened?

You can run System Restore and restore your computer to a date prior to when the problem started.

The first thing I would do though is to call NetZero tech support and explain the problem to them. It may be a problem on their end and not on your end.
