Please review my HJ Log - Malware Agent

I have a Malware agent that has infected my computer and could use some help. What troubled me about this particular agent is that it closed down MS Security Essentials and rendered it useless. It is also blocking all Automatic Updates and will not allow me to launch Maylware Bytes, ComboFix or OTM.exe.
