Plextor DVDR PX-740A not ejecting

    Hello, I'm new here, I built this system about 2 years ago, it's my first attempt and it worked nicely but now all the sudden my DVDR is not ejecting at all!
    Can someone please help me figure out what the problem is?

    here are my specs:

    Memory: CORSAIR XMS 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200)

    Video Card: BFG Tech BFGR78256GTXCOD2 Geforce 7800GTX 256MB 256-bit GDDR3 VIVO PCI Express x16 Video Card

    OS: Windows XP Pro

    Have you tried to use a paperclip to open the front manually (by pushing it through the little hole at the front designed for opening the drive in an emergency).
