I have Outlook Express and enjoy using Cloudeight Stationery on my email at times. It is not a program, you just download the stationery. I have used it successfully in the past, but now I get a "plugin error" X The plugin did not initialize properly." Cloudeight suggested that Real Player takes over and interfers, so I uninstalled Real Player, but I still get the plugin error. My question is: How do I find out which plugin is the problem and how do I fix it? Thanks - you all are great!

Cloudeight stationary uses .mid midi files for sound. You need to find out what file association is setup for .mid. I would suggest associating windows media player to it.
Go to your folder options click file types, scroll down to .mid if mid and midi are not associated to windows media file then highlight click change and select windows media make sure box is selcted always use for this file type and click ok.
