Plug ins

"The plug in for this content has been disabled. click here to manage your plug in." This appears on all screens when I click to watch videos. I click to manage and enable plug in but it still does not function.
One screen it appears on is Tech Support Guy Home screen "Read the Guide for New Members".

I am running Windows 7 and on my old computer I have XP Pro and there is no problem with the same videos.

Any suggestions?
