Plz Help Hijackthis log

    ma PC is working damn slow frm past few days, i suspect there's some virus.
    i tried to run hijackthis bt am not able to install it (may be due to the virus)
    M not able to open the task manage, it says "task manager disabled by Administrator"
    i tried to run Hijack this in safe mode, Below is the Logfile
