Plz help, my computer running very slow

    hi, my computer is running very slow. I ran adaware, spybot, and my anti virus. Spybot shows up something called "ie plugin" but it says cannot delete everytim it tries to delete it. I aslo have hijack this which i will post on my next post

    Your log looks incomplete, but a quick glance didn't see anything.

    CTRL-ALT-DEL Processes tab what is consuming the cpu or what is the cpu usage.

    no, its not incomplete. that is all that is there. Also, what is that last part u said, didnt understand
    wait i think i understand, u asking me what is consuming my cpu usage?

    the most it looks like "iexplore", "svc host.exe", "winlogon.exe"
