Well I want to reinstall my IE so that I can see that its not the IE thats causing my MSN to act up. I try to go to email and it just shows up blank and says done at the bottom so its not loading everything. I tried a lot of things and it not working. If anyone know what is wrong plz tell me. If not plz show me how to completely remove my IE :(

If you are not having any other problems with IE, why not download FireFox and try that browser.

From what I have learned/read/experienced/whatever, you cant truly uninstall Internet Explorer. Sure, you could do a bunch of registry edits and maybe delete some files, but with its not worth the hassle. Must be part of MS's grand plan, I'm sure.

My suggestion is the same as BillC: Make the switch to Firefox.
When you install it, it should ask you if you want to make it your default browser. Try it out, and when you decide, just make it the default, and forget IE!

While theres no option to delete IE within windows you can delete IE completely with IEradicator, but I think thats a bit extreme for the problem at hand
