Pmwin error

I have a program I'm running for cub scouts and every time I touch the key board to enter something in the form I get this message


Pmwin

This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down

if the problem persist,contact the program vender

PMWIN = PROCESSING MODFLOW FOR WINDOWS.
never heard of it but you have a glitch with this program i think.
go to "start" type run.....in the box type msconfig,hit the startup tab and uncheck anything pertaining to PMWIN.
reboot and come back here with the result.
thats if it lets you type anything...if not you may have to try in safe mode.

I didn't find anything in the start up menu in msconfig with Pmwin and the only time I have the problem is when I run the program .It's called Packmaster 2000 and it's for keeping track of the awards and badges for cub scouts. I'm guessing that the pmwin problem is with Pack Master 2000.No guesses for cures?
