The pop up states, Windows detected Spyware on your computer
Download free Spyware Scanner & Remover

What do I need to do to get rid of this.
I've already tried running Lava soft , Adware. Spybot SD and AKiller with no luck.

i suspect this is just an advert - i get it from certain websites along with increase download speed etc etc.
but to be safe you may want to read this section http://forums.techguy.org/t157045.html
(although you have already done most) and put up a hijack log

Sorry I didn't get back to you, I've been very busy.
O.K. I read over the linked page you gave me. I downloaded and ran the Kazzabegone, it found 2 files that I deleted. Could not get Rapid Blaster killer to run (active-X ?)

Here's a Hijack log I took after doing above.

Whenever you're surfing the web, you're going to occasionally see a pop-up with a warning to install a certain program or file because spyware is detected or your security settings are bad or something along that line. Just ignore it and don't get intimidated by it. It's a good way to trick you into installing a virus or spyware without your knowledge.

If you're using Ad-aware and Spybot, make sure to keep them updated regularly before running a scan with them.

Your startup load is quite bloated and needs to be trimmed down.

Well this particular pop up happens even if I'm not online and it will pop up every ten minutes 3 times in a row, so it does bother me. Another thing is I use a cable modem that is always on.

Looking at my Hijack log these 3 things

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SuperBar.Component] C:\WINDOWS\system32\inetsrv\services.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AdRotator.Application] C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\csrss.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{357AA41A-B7A8-4632-A27D-5B980B25CF43}] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\svchost.exe

Have a created date of when I started having the trouble and a modified date 21 seconds before there creation.
Please help what do I need to do to get rid of this.

I'm having the same symptoms -- nuissance "windows error service" popup. I took a look and have the same three files you reference. Were you able to resolve your problem? I'd appreciate any help.

Yes I was able to resolve this problem by going to Start/Run then type in MSCONFIG then O.K. when the System Configuration Utility opens up go to the Startup tab. Find those 3 files and uncheck them, click O.K. and reboot your computer.
    Hope this help.

Terrific. I'll give it a try. Assume you deleted the files as well?

No, I did not delete the files. I didn't know if it would harm any other programs so I left them. Maybe someone else here could answer that question.
