Pop-ups and Win Min Problems when shutting down????

    I am New to this and am excited to seek help from this forum. I have some irritating problems with my PC. I am running windows 2000 and it's not shutting down properly. It tell me WIN MIN is running or something like that. Also i am getting pop up after pop up, some of them affending. I am using this computer for my business so any help as soon as possible would be very greatly appreciated. :) :D ..... I have included my HiJackThis Log data.
