Ok...I run MyIE2, and im getting popups. While im browsing with MyIE2, the popups come up in regular IE.

I have the google toolbar, which is also supposed to block popups.

I am running Ad-Aware, Spybot, CWShredder, SpywareBlaster, I have Outpost firewall running, and here is my hijack log:

Adaware and spybot are updated fully. I am a little weirded out by so many google toolbar entries, as well as some other stuff like export to excel

    Any ideas anyone?

If you're using IE5 or IE6, go to
    Tools-Internet Options-Security-Custom level

    Scroll down to Scripting.
    Under Active Scripting, choose Disable.

Some web pages you visit may not function properly, but it should stop the popups if nothing else works..

I use Pop-up Stopper. However, if you use Netzero, it may not stop popups,
although disabling Active Scripting as above WILL stop popups even if you have Netzero.

In MyIE2 under "Options>Adhunter>Enable popup auto filter" is that checked?

If it's not, put a check there.

Yeah all of that is enabled...the problem is not with MyIE2 however. The pop ups are not actually coming in MyIE2, they pop up in regular IE. I have no clue why...i havent used IE in a long time....but maybe theres a way to change all references of IE to MyIE2 in the registry so that it wont open up the windows in IE, but redirect them to MyIE2....then im sure they would get blocked. (btw....myIE2 is set to my default browser)
