Does anybody know a good software to remove processes that runs pop ups all the time, or how to identify them.

Thanks

Much easier then DLing software do this and you'll be set. :)

-- Click on the Start button in the taskbar
-- Open Control Panels
-- Go to "Administrative Tools" (XP users may need to go to "Performance and Maintenance" first, then "Administrative Tools")
-- Double-click on "Services"
-- Scroll down to "Messenger"
-- Double-click on "Messenger"
-- Change the Startup type to "Disabled"
-- Click "Stop" to stop the service

You need to knwo the source of the popups and then stop it. Are they from Messenger Service or popups when visiting websites or from objects on my PC from internet downloads.

For MS's take see this thread http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=330904
