Whenever I run internet explorer (windows xp), I get popups that I can't seem to get rid of. I also keep finding several programs on my harddrive (like ezula) that i'm not familiar with. I've run spybot and cleaned off everything that it find and checks, however there are several 'mysearch' and 'peopleonpage' registry keys that spybot detects but does not automatically check for removal, and i'm not sure if I should remove those as well. I've included the log generated by hijack this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome to T.S.G Steve:)
You have a small but not insignificant collection of "Baddies"

run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
    in case you miss anything
.....then,close all browser and outlook windows and "fix checked"

re-boot into safe mode and delete:
    C:\Program Files\POP [FOLDER]
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\amsstream.dll
    C:\Program Files\POPbar [FOLDER]
    C:\Program Files\MySearch [FOLDER]
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\Upws.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\IEDriver [FOLDER]
    C:\Program Files\AutoUpdate [FOLDER]

    After that,go here:http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
    And scan online.

    then:
    Spybot Search & Destroy http://beam.to/spybotsd

After installing, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.

Next, close all Internet Explorer windows...... hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove/fix all it finds.

    Reboot

Last, run HJT again and post your log again to see if anything was missed.

    Thanx.

    ;)

Thank you for the quick response. I have the latest hijack this log and will put it at the end. I removed all the items you called for, and was able to delete 5 of the 7 files while in safe mode. The other 2 (upws.exe and IEDriver) I could not find, so I assume they won't be a problem. Also, I wasn't able to scan online using housecall, the only version I saw was for netscape, and because I don't have that I wasn't able to use it. I have to admit that i'm not very computer savvy, so if i'm missing something there then let me know. I ran spybot again, and it came up with similar results, a lot of registry keys called 'peopleonpage' and 'my search'. However, none of these were checked for removal by spybot, even though they were red. Should I check them myself and have them removed? Spybot didn't find anything else other than those. Finally, here's the Hijack this log: Thanks again for your help.
