I'm trying to make apache work.I'm connected to internet with a wired and wireless router so that wired one connects to wireless and the wireless one connects to internet.First time I tried to connect I got TIMED OUT after that I've added exceptions in virtual server so that the connections on the port 6112 don't get blocked, after that I'm able to see the server but I get connection refused, after that I configured apache to listen to 6112 but that made me get TIMED OUT again. My wired router is an old one and my wireless one is TP-Link TL-WR740N / TL-WR740ND.
I have no idea what to do next.

do you mean you are connecting over 2 wifi routers in bridge mode?
DO YOU have port forwarding in place on the routers for the ports you need?
