POS Digital Dining DBS backoffice Help!

Hello, my family business closed doors July of 2012. Our pos was from DBS digital dining. We need information from our back office in the pos for tax information and we are unable to access it. When opening the back office and logging in with the correct information, I get an error screen that says "password is valid" and I can't get in:mad:! This information is needed tomorrow morning and I don't know why I can't get in. Can anyone help?

Thank you, but they will make me pay over $100 for something I am thinking, maybe they did. I was hoping for help from others who can appreciate the fact that we closed and do not have money for the help. Worse comes to worst, I will have to call them in the morning, but I was hoping to save us the money.
