POS1A0 removal Help. :( please.

    I have this virus in my computer that bogated itself onto my taskbar. it shows up as a big red stop sign with an x..it wants me to click it and install system error fix.((IM IN SAFE MODE NOW BECAUSE IT WONT EVEN LET ME GET ONLINE)
    It has installed thousands of files that begin with POS into my documents. Ive downloaded Hijackthis ...i will post my log if u need me to. i dont know how this stuff works but i dont want to do anything until i get some help from someone who knows what they are doing. hijack this recommended i show someone my log.Can you please help me get rid of this annoying malware?
