Hi...Adaware must have nuked most of the BHO`s

Run hijackthis again and put a checkmark against these entries....double check
in case you miss anything....
.....then,close all browser and outlook windows and "fix checked"

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://www.searchv.com/5/search.html

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.searchv.com/

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = C:\WINDOWS\System32\blank.htm

O2 - BHO: WinShow module - {6CC1C918-AE8B-4373-A5B4-28BA1851E39A} - C:\WINDOWS\winshow.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [IST Service] C:\Program Files\ISTsvc\istsvc.exe

Re-boot into safe mode and delete:
C:\Program Files\ISTsvc
C:\WINDOWS\winshow.dll

Then
Spybot Search & Destroy http://beam.to/spybotsd

After installing, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.

Next, close all Internet Explorer windows...... hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove/fix all it finds.

Reboot
