It looks like I may have had coolWWWsearch and Winshow.

I ran Spybot and cleared the coolWWWsearch, also ran the CWShredder.

I deleted the winshow folder. Searching the registry i still find
HKCR\WinShow.ViewSource.1 key is (Default) data is ViewSource Class
    HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603 key 000 data winshow
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Classes\WinShow.ViewSource.1 key (Default) data ViewSource Class
    HKUsers\S-1-5-21-2375071672-1970278023-2855658567-1006\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603\ key 000 data winshow

Is there anything more I need to do to clean the pc?
    What is Winshow?

    Thanks!
