Possible graphics card failure?

    D4A36C4B-4886-410F-8CF5-713C1B45AF8A.jpeg 829C25AB-F538-446F-983A-21333602FC07.jpeg I recently got this pc and when I turn it on when connected to a monitor this fuzz screen pops up. I am not sure if this is the fault of the graphics card or what other piece to replace.

    Hi and welcome to TSG.

    Could be the graphics card itself or a ram problem if the graphics card uses some system ram as well as it's own.

    Try re-seating the ram and the graphics card.

    What make and model PC is it ? Or is it a laptop ?
