Hi. I am not a complete computer illiterate but this one has got me thinking...

I noticed something was off when i tried to run "msconfig" and got an error saying that the file is missing. I am running XP SP2 with "AVG antivirus" and "Spybot Search and Destroy", I have a hijack this log available if you guys need it.

I did a Rootkit Unhooker scan and i got my attention in a driver called "spyl.sys" and while googling for it i landed on the second page of this thread: http://forums.techguy.org/virus-oth...-computer-compromised-keylogger-trojan-2.html

Can somebody help me fixing this one out?
If is possible can I contact the guy that was able to help him?
