So my brother comes over to check out my new apartment. He decides to hop on my computer and hop on AIM. When a friend IMs him, there is a link that is given to which my brother clicks and downloads. Instanly he starts spamming to others on his buddy list the same link and for some reason, it will not stop.

Now I figured it was a friendly little .exe that people send when joking with one another. However, whenever I reboot now, a box pops up asking if I want to run the software. The Name says ggfig.exe from an Unknown Publisher. It says its location is in D:\Windows\system32 however when I go into the folder, I canot not find it. So I ran a spyware scan and removed what was found however it still pops up whenever I reboot.

Now I did a Hijack this scan and this is what I cam up with:

Now I see the ggfig.exe within the scan. I was curious if I should remove it or not. If someone could tell me which items I should remove, I would very much appreciate it.
