Hello im having to write this on an other computer.
So first can i say sorry to etaf i`ll get to my other problem on excel when i solve this one.
I also got a phone call from a microsoft person asked for remote assistance which unfortunately i gave. He directed me to a page that gave 3 levels 1yr, 5 yr and a 15 yr subscription ata cost.
Three windows open on my computer they are:

1 The computer is infected by DNS changer malware.
2 Windows software license registration failed please renew windows software license
3 You have been hit with a Stuxnet virus. You myay lose all your files and folders.

I dont know about 1 and 3 but 2 is a definate windows license i but it in PCWorld and it was brand new with windows installed. I have attach the files you asked for.
Also a popup appear and says it will shutdown in 2 mins
and it shuts down in 2 mins.
