    Find ntoskrnl.exe
Right click and copy, paste to another file, rename
Download a boot logo from web, unzip to a file
    Reboot to Safe Mode
Copy and paste new boot logo to System32 directory
Overwrite the old ntoskrnl file.; there
Rebbot to normal and see new boot logo
if satisfied delete the ntoskrnl you renamed in the other folder
