I use an old Macbook OS X 10.4 (I think) and Firefox as my browser.

Two days ago I received an email apparently from DHL deliveries. I was expecting a parcel so thought it genuine. It contained a zipped attachment that I clicked on. When I tried to use the tracking number on the DHL site up popped a virus warning!

Now I'm nervous about using my computer in case I've downloaded a virus. How can I tell if I'm safe and, if I have downloaded the DHL scam virus what can I do?
