I am running a 1600 MHZ AMD processor with 1.5GHZ of RAM, a CD & DVD burner, two 80GB hard drives, a card reader and a floppy. Do you think a 350W power supply is enough?

Also..I'd like to get some replies on a Fortran power supply I'm considering using. I'm not all that crazy about Antec's anymore and when I ran a recent test to compare the two I noticed the Fortran (350W) blew out cooler air and more of it than the Antec, even though the Antec (400W) cost more. Also the Fortran I'm considering has only one (big) fan compared to the Antecs two. What kind of difference does that make?
