When i turn on the power for my packard bell tower my monitor says 'POWER SAVING MODE' and does nothing else. Ive tried taking out the motherboard battery and switching the little CLR CMOS pin cover but it hasn't worked. It doesn't work on my other monitor either. My power seems to have started automatically coming on as soon as it is connected turned at the wall.
Please please help, i have no idea what to do!
