Power supply ruins radio signal?

    it seems when one computer is on the am radio goes bad and i cant get some stations

    yet on my sony vaio which has a small cheap power supply i think the radio isnt as bad

    so why do some computer power supplies ruin am radio reception?

    Best guess, poor quality or defective choke coils.

    Or bad ground. Or missing/modified shields.

    one is a new antec and i think it ruined recption
