i just got my CPU build up
    CoolerMaster Extreme 650W
    Asus P5KR Motherboard

anyway, after i finish building it.. i read the PSU box, which says Intelligent Fan Controller, how do i connect it? which plug should i use to connect to the MotherBoard?

i've install the ASUS AI Suite which displays the CPU Fan : 917rpm, Chassis 1: 0rpm, Chassis 2: 0rpm, and Power: 0rpm

Not sure I understand what you want to know, the "Intelligent Fan Controller" varies the PSU fan speed relative to the PSU temp and the air moving through it. The intelligence is in the PSU.

DDR is Double Data Rate, you're seeing the real rate which is 1/2 the effective rate. So 400Mhz x 2 is 800Mhz, which is correct.
