I have a KT7A-RAID mobo and it tends not to respond well to cheap RAM. I found some Premium RAM on sale and I'm wondering if anybody is familiar with the brand and whether or not it's any good. The other stick I have in there is Crucial. Anybody know anything?

I only use known RAM brands because unknown brands are unreliable and a waste of money (in my opinion). That's because it eventually fails and you end up buying a new stick of RAM.

The brands I use is Crucial and Corsair. I've heard good things about Kingston as well. To buy the right kind of RAM, use the RAM Configuration Tool at Crucial.com.

    Your motherboard accepts PC100/PC133 (168-pin) SDRAM (http://www.abit-usa.com/products/mb/products.php?categories=1&model=89).
