    How do I prevent someone form accessing my computer. To get the access all they have to do is map a drive to my c$ and they are in.

    You could put a batch file in your startup.

    @echo on
    @break off
    net share c$ /delete >nul
    exit

    :)

    Would that be in the autoexec.bat file?

    No you need it to run after windows has started, so put the bat file somewhere and put a shortcut to it in the startup folder of your profile.

    documents and settings\your profile\start menu\programs\startup

    I put the file in my startup but they can still get in. Is there some other way I can prevent them from mapping to my hard drive?

    Do you have file and Print sharing turned on? If so, turn it off.

    When the bat file ran, did it indicate successful removal of the share?
