When you say 3 columns to 2

Are you asking for help to print out only 2 columns, but not the 3

or are you trying to concatenate 2 of the columns so that when you print you only have 2 columns

The 3 columns in the Excel file are Name, Addr, State. I want to print this data on a page in a double column format.
Name Addr State Name Addr State

    Thanks

    Thanks Rafty, now I understand.

I could be wrong, but Excel doesn't do that. However, I have a facility on my printer properties that allows me to print 2 pages on one page. Maybe you have that.

Maybe somebody has done something wizzo in the past that will help you.
