I went to do a print heat cleaning and I got a message it couldn't do it.

I went to printing preferences, then services, then clicked on Service this device and I get:

    "Help with printer lights
X Unable to perform the operation"

Anyone have any idea whats causing this?

    Thanking in advance.

Could it be a hardware problem with your printer? How long have you owned the printer?

Update the drivers to make sure it's not a driver problem.

I'll research the problem a little bit and I'll post a fix as soon as possible :)

Operator error. I forgot that, for some reason, you must use there printer monitor program running on the tray.

I tried to access 'printer services' thru windows, and got no where.

thanks anyway - for your help.

Go Here and try reinstalling the printer from the beginning.
