The print size from my Canon 620 has suddenly become so small that it is hard to read. How can I restore the font size to the original setting that it was at before. Don

Is this problem only when printing from on line or just any word or other document?

Have you updated recently, sometimes that can change settings, on both word or other programs, even if you are only updating the operating system, also if using Vista some drivers are not compatible, but so far I have found no problem with Windows 7

That happened to me once but it was so long ago I can not remember what i found caused it, but I imagine any of the things I mentioned could be the culprit.

Thanks for your effort. I too had this problem some time ago and I can't remember what I did to cure it. I'll keep on trying.

As ozziebeanie asked... Does this happen with all text you try to print?

What operating system are you using?

Are you using the Canon supplied software?

My guess is that it's a Canon printer setup menu issue.
