Hi, I'm having trouble with my Dell A920 printer. It started with a message saying that I don't have a printer installed, but I have used it for two years. I tried to re-install the drivers, but it said the print spool service would not start. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Can you go into computer management/services and manually stop and start the print spooler?

Could not start the Print Spooler service on Local Computer.

See if you have LexBce Server service, if you do set it to automatic, start it, then start print spooler.

Once again, I learn not to trust Dell.com's driver downloads. LexBce was disabled, and then the print spooler worked. Thanks, stantley, and I like your experience.
