print spooler problem

    Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family, -1263 Mb
    Hard Drives: C: Total - 584878 MB, Free - 530269 MB;
    Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer Inc., U56E
    Antivirus: Trend Micro Titanium Maximum Security, Updated: Yes, On-Demand Scanner: Enabled

    Can not start print spooler and upon examining sys32 files found this entry which I believe is a virus causing this problem:
    'C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS' is not recognized as an internal or external 1 command, operable program or batch file.

    Can not print or install any printers since this showed up.
