I am trying to install drivers for my new Canon MP190 printer and I keep getting this message. "Processing can not be continued because the print spooler service has been stopped." It then tells me to restart the computer to turn the print spooler service back on. I have done this several time with the same error message appearing. Anybody know a solution?

You need to check the Print Spooler service to be sure it's running.

    1. Go to the Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
    2. Scroll down to the Print Spooler service is set to automatic
    3. You can right click on the service and select properties to change the settings.
