Antivirus: Windows Defender, Disabled


Hi, I am having trouble with the print spooler. I have been in local services and I restart the spooler,
but it doesn't keep running for some reason. I have done all the scans and updates. Need help.
Thanks ahead of time.

system info above says defender is disabled, but it is wrong. It is enabled/
