I have two small firms that share the same space. One firm wants to share the printer that is on the other's network. I have no clue how to do it. The printer in question is a network printer, one of those giant copy/print etc kind. I think a Ricoh. I also think the requesting firm is running on wifi. Should I just buy a wifi network card for the printer? Sorry, it's just I've never had to do this before, so I'm kind of at a loss and I haven't been on site yet to see exactly what's what.

No. And if you've never done anything such as this before, I suggest finding someone who does have experience. I have a few questions about the environment which would need to be answered before any solution would be proposed.

On my home network, I have all my printers isolated on their own subnet/VLAN. I allow access to them through specific firewall rules based on what subnet on my network the print job requesting is originating from. This is pretty much the same as what you're trying to accomplish.
