I cannot remove a Canon ip48oo printer driver. I have removed all other ip48oo software. When I try to remove this driver I am told it is in use. I have restarted my computer but get the same message, the driver is still in use. What can I do?

Open Task Manager. Select show processes from all Users. Go down the list and look for anything Canon or printing and end those processes.

Turn off the Spool Service. (Admin Tools, then Services).

If that doesn't allow you to remove the driver, go here
and scroll down to Use Print Management to remove old printers.
