Edited to add comments by Administrator Cookeigal:

Link removed due to uncertainty of the integrity of that site and/or the download.

The Samsung ML-4500 series printers are about 20 years old, so I doubt you will find a full-feature software driver package for it that supports Windows 10.
If Windows 10 doesn't provide a generic driver for it, you're probably out of luck.

Lance1:
Did you check out that download link?
After I selected "Windows 10 64-bit", it attempted to download a small Symantec-named .ZIP file.
It also wanted to scan my computer.

I found a few other complaints about people trying to use that same printer in Windows 10.
According to its specs, it was designed for Windows 95 and 98 and NT and 2000, so it's definitely a "dinosaur".

People have complained about popups asking for payment, also installing unwanted software. That link should be removed in my opinion

Very true. No criticism intended. (y)
