The printer driver for my Ricoh MP2014AD doesn't down load as an exe file, it unzips as a disc. I have checked the Ricoh drivers site and there is no other option for windows 10
If the file unzips as a disc, does it have the ISO file extension? If so, you can use File Explorer to mount the ISO and just treat it as if it was another drive for installing the drivers.
