Our school is running and old panosonic multimode printer for one of its courses and they are have a problem with 98 see it any suggestions.

You make your request difficult to understand when you run all your words in one sentence and spell half of them incorrectly.

What is the brand name, model name, and model number of the printer? Is it connected through a parallel port connection(the large multi-pin port) or a USB connection(the small rectangular port)?
