Printer Issue

Hey,

Well I recieved a Lexmark X1185 All-In-One for Christmas, i know lexmark isnt a great brand, but decided to keep anyway.

So I install newest drivers etc., and buy the USB cable (scammers dont let it come with one). Hook it up, and after I do one thing with printer (copy, scan, print) on the next thing it always says it cannot communicate with printer. When i unplug the USB cable and stick back in, it works for one more time, then same problem.

Any ideas?
