Sorry if I'm in the wrong forum but I wasn't sure where to post. I have an HP Deskjet F380 that up until 2 weeks ago was printing great. Now it's all washed out with no clarity. I did change the cartridges with non-OEM's shortly before that but I've had good luck with them. Even tried putting the HP's back in which were low but not empty and no difference. I guess I should go buy 2 HP OEM cartridges, just not sure it's the issue.

I've tried everything to resolve this. Re-installing drivers, remove and re-install printer. Unplug both power and Usb cords. HP diagnostics says there are no issues with this printer. The odd thing is at some point the HP toolbox stopped working which tells you ink levels and such. Does this sound like dirty or misaligned printer heads. The printer won't correct either and I'm not sure how to correct that. Any ideas would be great.
