    Name and model of computer?

Version of Windows? 32-bit or 64-bit?

Name brand and model of printer?

Have you loaded the basic printer driver, or the full-featured driver (if that applies in your case)?

Does this happen in only one program or does it happen in all programs?

Is it consistent -- does it happen on all print jobs or just some print jobs?

What is the breed of your neighbor's dog?

    Thanks for the heads up.

I looked at the referenced duplicate thread and it seems the OP is still getting the problem with MS Word. I'll wait to see the result from Hughv's advice before posting further.

He gave the impression in post #2 that he was only having that problem when printing in Microsoft Word, so I thought it was resolved.
